Our Senior Leadership Team consists of a Headteacher, two Deputy Headteachers and an Assistant Headteacher for Student Support, who are responsible for ensuring that your child receives the highest standard of education possible. Along with the Heads of Faculty, this Senior Leadership Team quality assure the teaching and learning that takes place in the School by observing lessons, scrutinising some of the work that students complete and interviewing pupils regarding their views about lessons and learning. This process ensures that the quality of education on offer to your child is of the highest standard possible, and helps staff share the very best teaching on offer.

Our Pastoral Team includes five Heads of Year who manage the overall welfare of your child and are normally the first port of call for parents, should they need to contact school about their child. In addition non-teaching Assistant Heads of Year are available to support the Heads of Year throughout the day.

Our School Governors have overall responsibility for the conduct of the School. This includes specialist committees on standards and effectiveness, the curriculum, health and safety, finance and staffing. The Governors comprise of representatives from our Education Trust which includes partner schools and colleges along with other community organisations together with school staff, members of the local community including parents. A Parents Council has a consultative role in school management. Parent Governors are voted for by our students’ parents as vacancies arise.
