Current Vacancies

Teacher of French

We are looking for a teacher with an outstanding record of success teaching French to join the Modern Foreign Languages Department. Must be MFL teacher capable of teaching French to key stage 3 and 4 classes from beginner to GCSE level. You would be joining a school that puts MFL at the heart of its curriculum. 

Teacher of Geography

We are looking for a Humanities specialist able to deliver Geography to KS3 and KS4. You will have excellent subject knowledge with a passion for instilling that love of your subject onto your students.

Teacher of Humanities

To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate. You will have a wide and varied subject knowledge across all areas of Humanities on offer at Fleetwood High School

Maths Teacher

We are interested in an outstanding and enthusiastic teacher of Mathematics. You will be interested in creating a culture of achievement in Maths and an aptitude for overcoming barriers to learning.

Lead Practitioner – Maths

We are looking for an exceptional Maths teacher who can inspire others and be a model of best practice and excellence in your field. You will be responsible for developing schemes of learning and innovative curriculum practices across all Key Stages in Fleetwood High School.

Nurture and transition support teacher

We are looking for an individual to work with the each Heads of Faculty, to design, implement and deliver an appropriately relevant and tailored curriculum for students who are identified for nurture provision. These students will either be students identified as being ‘vulnerable’ on transition or may have achieved significantly below the age-related expectations at the end of KS2.
